Our History
Reschio, an estate situated between Umbria and Tuscany, transformed into a place of refined elegance by the Bolza family. This centuries-old property, embraced by lush landscapes, has been meticulously restored to embody the purest expression of Italian heritage. 
Thanks to the passionate stewardship of Count Antonio Bolza and his son Benedikt, Reschio today stands as an exclusive sanctuary, where hospitality, tradition, and environmental harmony are seamlessly interwoven.

Our Mission
Graceful, intelligent, resilient and strong: these are what define Reschio’s purebred Spanish horses. Founded in 1999 by Count Antonio Bolza, our stables have, for over twenty-five years, been under the masterful direction of Antonello Radicchi— Director of the Stables, master horseman, and guardian of an equestrian philosophy grounded in intuition, respect, and a profound understanding of equine psychology. This internationally recognised approach yields movements of exquisite precision, always in harmony with the horse’s nature and well-being.

Professional Profile
We are seeking a seasoned horse trainer to work alongside the Director of the Stables, with the intention of gradually assuming full responsibility for upholding and applying the Reschio method.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
o	Training horses in accordance with the principles and methods imparted by the Director of the Stables, with a view to increasing autonomy over time;
o	Ensuring the daily care, grooming, and wellbeing of the horses;
o	Leading tailored equestrian experiences and lessons for our esteemed guests—both adults and children—with meticulous attention to safety and elegance;
o	Supporting the maintenance of the stables, paddocks, and the Equestrian Theatre.

Soft Skills:
o	Fluency in English and a keen emotional intelligence are essential;
o	A spirit of constructive collaboration with the teams of the Equestrian Theatre, the Stables, and the Hotel Conciergerie;
o	Adaptability, a positive and proactive attitude, and an openness to continuous professional development;
o	The utmost discretion and confidentiality in safeguarding all personal information pertaining to our guests, in full alignment with Reschio’s philosophy of gracious hospitality.
