Sit tight because I am about to show you one of the better horses I have offered. Duncan is a 5 year old gelding standing at 14.2 hands tall and is as handsome as you can make one. He looks like he was pulled out straight out of a fairytale book. His golden coat with his snow white mane and tail are what any little girl dreams of. Don’t let Duncan’s looks fool you though he is has handy as they come.
Duncan is no stranger when it comes to having a job around the ranch. He is well versed in all sorts of ranch work. I’m talking real deal skills. You can blow up to a yearling in the pasture rope them and doctor them. Duncan is very cowy making him extremely fun to sort pairs on and load trucks. This gelding is the definition of one hand broke and where go absolutely anywhere you point him. You can turn this gelding on and he will really go to work. The best thing about this gelding is you can turn him right back off and he will drop his head and go right back to a walk. Don’t think you need to be a cowboy to ride Duncan, he can be ridden by anyone in the family.
Duncan is super gentle and just a down to earth sweetheart. This gelding absolutely loves to go for nice leisurely rides down the trail. Duncan is the steady eddy that everyone wants to have in their barn. Duncan absolutely loves to be groomed and loved on. He will stand there all day and let you pet and love on him. He will nicker at you every time you walk into the barn and will be the first one to come to his stall door to be caught. Duncan is not the horse that needs to be ridden everyday. For only 5 years old he truly is just an old soul that is looking for his person.
In the arena Duncan lopes pretty circles and knows his leads. His is soft in the bridle and his sides making him a nice easy fun ride. Duncan is barefoot all the way around and is absolutely sound. Duncan has no vices or health issues. He is a very easy keeper making him very simple to take care of. Duncan is an easy going boy looking for his forever home.
