Playboys Peso is a well-bred, athletic palomino gelding that has had a correct, cowboy foundation. He was started by a cow horse trainer and has been cowboyed on, giving him a solid handle and good exposure.
Peso has been started in the roping boxes and is showing a lot of promise as a rope horse prospect. He is quick-footed, athletic, and has the kind of feel and responsiveness that ropers appreciate when bringing one along the right way. He tracks cattle well and continues to progress with each ride.
He has been ridden outside a lot and is comfortable in open country as well as in the arena. He can have some extra energy at the start of a ride, but settles in quickly once working and rides honest and willing. He would be best suited for an intermediate to experienced rider who appreciates an athletic horse with some go.
