Offspring of Dutch mare champion O’Dame VDL


Dam O’Dame VDL has already won two national championship titles. As a foal, she won the Dutch National Foal Championship and three years later became champion again at the Dutch championship (NMK) for mares. This exceptional mare clearly inherited her talent. Granddam Grande Dame VDL excelled in her performance test (IBOP 84) and is a half-sister to the international 1.45/1.50m-level stallions Bordeaux VDL and Taloubet VDL, as well as the KWPN-approved 1.40m-level stallion Kingsland VDL. This direct damline also produced Grand Prix winner Icoon VDL/Rock of Cashel, who rose to fame under Hessel Hoekstra. One of this rider’s current top prospects is the outstanding Stargos VDL, who sired Von Dame Turfhorst.
