Er wurde schon auf der Ranch geritten und hat Kühe getrieben. Er wurde auf den Highways geritten und ist dort sicher. Aber am liebsten ist er auf den Pfaden unterwegs und reitet einfach langsam und gemächlich dahin! Er überquert Bäche, Gräben, Baumstämme und navigiert durch raue, felsige Gebiete. Er hat einen ruhigen Lauf, einen schönen Lope, er lässt sich mit Leichtigkeit zügeln und rückwärts reiten! Harley ist mit allen Arten von Wildtieren wie Rehen oder Truthähnen oder anderen Tieren wie Kühen oder Hunden in Kontakt gekommen und geht überall hin, wo man ihn hinschickt. Er ist viele Meilen in den Bergen von Ost-Kentucky geritten und hat dabei jedes mögliche Hindernis auf dem Weg überwunden. Er fährt selbst die steilsten Hänge hinauf oder hinunter, durchquert tiefe Bäche, überquert umgestürzte Bäume und überwindet alle Arten von unwegsamem Gelände und ist dabei immer noch trittsicher. Harley is a gentle, laid back type of horse that is not in a hurry. He has been ridden around the ranch and pushed cows. He has been ridden down the highways and is safe there. But his favorite thing to do is hit the trails and just cruise along slow and easy! He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has a smooth jog, a nice lope, he reins around and backs with ease! Harley has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Nothing is more dependable than a Harley!
