Introducing Chief, a 6 year old, registered APHA, gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall!!
Chief will do anything you ask of him whether it’s from spending the day trail riding, moving cattle, lessons, or doing some jumping. He’s been ridden from people the ages young as 3 years old all the way to people that have been 75 years old. Everyone can get along with him! He will ride off alone or in a group and it doesn't bother him. Chief is traffic safe, and is used to tarps, guns, dogs, goats, sheep, zebras. You name it, I’m sure he isn’t going to be afraid. He loves people and has a great personality! He always comes up to the fence to get pet and brushed by the kids. Chief will go over and through any obstacles you encounter on the trails. It doesn’t matter if you just want to ride down the road or through the mountains he’s going to handle it all with ease! Chief likes to gather the cows from the pastures and move the roping steers up and down the alleys too! He stands tied for grooming and saddling. He’s great for the farrier and to be bridled and saddled. Chief will lower his head for you to put the bridle on too. He will stand for you to get on and off too. He’s currently barefoot right now and is 100 percent sound in every way. He will load in any trailer. He gets along with others in the pasture too. He has a smooth trot and lope.
