Blue has been owned by an older gentleman who has had him on the annual Knott County spring and fall ride where you will find 10,000 people and thousands of horses. This gentleman sold Blue so that he could get a small horse that was easier to get on. Blue is easy to catch, clip, bath, tack-up, load, and handle. Blue is a SUPER smooth gaited horse at all speed whether that be his runwalking gait or his 4-beat gait that is smooth upto 10mph, Blue carries hisself wth confidence and collection. He neckreins decent and will also lope. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back. No matter where he goes or what he does, Blue is not spooky acting. Iv had Blue camping at Big South Fork and he has handled every rough trail with ease that it has to offer. Blue has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed.
