Gesuch! Zuverlässige erfahrene Pächter/Mieter möchten auch mit zunehmendem Alter noch Freude an den Pferden haben. Daher möchten wir uns verkleinern und suchen kleine Reitanlage, Hof oder Teilanlage( klar getrennte Bereiche eine Win-Win Konstellation ist denkbar ) Wohnmöglichkeit ab circa 80 Quadrat (möglichst ebenerdig), sowie Stallungen ca 10-12 Plätze( Tendenz weniger) entsprechende Weidefläche, und Trainingsmöglichkeit. Das suchen wir für uns und unsere Tiere über kurz oder lang😉 Bevorzugte Standorte : Umkreis Bremen, Oldenburg, Hannover sowie Nordrhein-Westfalen (Grenze zu Niedersachsen). Eventuell Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und Umland Berlin. Wir freuen uns sehr über Angebote mit näheren Angaben zum Objekt. Wir sind zeitlich flexibel und langjährig erfahren in Zucht und Sport😉

Looking for a Small Equestrian Property! Reliable and experienced tenants/riders who still enjoy working with horses as they get older. We are looking to downsize and seek a small riding facility, farm, or a partial estate (separate areas; a win-win situation is possible). Requirements include: - Living space of approximately 80 square meters (preferably on the ground floor) - Stables with around 10-12 boxes (fewer stalls preferred) - Adequate pasture land - Training facilities This is for us and our horses, either in the short or long term. Preferred locations: - Around Bremen, Oldenburg, Hannover, and North Rhine-Westphalia (bordering Lower Saxony) - Possibly Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the Berlin area We would be very happy to receive offers with detailed information about the property. We are flexible with timing and have many years of experience in breeding and sport.
