Mit 8 Jahren Erfahrung steht er bei 1,52 m (13,2 hh) – die perfekte Größe für diejenigen unter uns, die das Hochklettern in den Sattel hinter sich haben, aber dennoch ein korrektes, braves, erfahrenes und wirklich nützliches Pferd erwarten. Er ist kein “Notlösung”-Pferd, sondern das Voll-Performance-Modell, praktisch näher am Boden. Ich verwende selten das Wort bombensicher – doch nach allem, was ich ihm zumute, was er gesehen, überquert, unter und durchgestiegen ist, kann ich mit Überzeugung sagen, dass er so nahe an bombensicher und unerschütterlich ist, wie man es nur sein kann. Ohne Zweifel ist er das ruhigste, ausgeglichenste und gelassenste Pferd, das ich je geritten habe. Er eignet sich sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder, und wenn Sie möchten, dass Ihr Kind die besten Voraussetzungen hat, ein selbstbewusster und fähiger Reiter zu werden, ist dieses Pferd genau das Richtige, um zu lehren – nicht zu erschrecken. Gute Pferde machen gute Reiter – Derringer formt sie.
