Boom is a stunning 5 month old Zebra Colt. He has been raised in a petting zoo and exposed to many things. Beyond his beautiful markings, he is full of personality! He spends his days playing with his donkey friends, goats, and all of the other funny critters around here. When he is turned loose to enjoy the sunshine he is always nosing around to see what we are doing. He is easy to catch and comes right up to us. Boom stands tied to be brushed and picks up his feet. He leads very easy and gentle. At 5 months old he has shown much promise to continue his education and go in any direction you want to take him. Whether you want a beautiful pet or eventually a riding partner, boom will be a unique experience for either.
Boom stays in a normal horse stall during the night and tired out during the day. He stays in a normal fence and respects his boundaries. He has also been in panels with no concerns from us. Zebras use the same veterinarian as equine and require the same basic care. He is so much fun to have around and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have!
