Both on the ground and under saddle in flatwork Thijs is the most reliable and uncomplicated pony. He is wonderfully suited for even the youngest children.

While Thijs shows plenty of natural talent over fences, he is still relatively inexperienced in the jumping ring. Between the fences he is incredibly well-behaved, but he can occasionally be a little looky/spooky at new jumps. We believe that with more mileage and experience, this will continue to improve.

For someone looking for a fun project to develop for the hunter ring or jumping sport, Thijs offers a fantastic opportunity. The talent, technique, and scope are all there.
