The kind of pony kids dream about! Cute, kind, and full of personality, Frito is a 4 yr old, gorgeous dappled palomino gelding, standing 45 inches. The perfect all-around pony! A fun partner for any adventure!
Frito rides like a big horse with a true handle, solid training, and a dependable feel. He only goes the speed he asked, has a slow canter, & picks up his leads. Frito is confident on the trail, rides alone or in a group, crosses water, & steps over logs.
Frito has sorted cattle and tracks well, showing natural ability and confidence around livestock. He’s also been hauled to the local saddle club, where he’s safety packed kids around the barrels and through fun classes. He’s always a crowd favorite!
The kids really enjoy Frito. If we didn’t already have a pony for our son, he would be staying! They are able to do most daily tasks with Frito independently with our instruction. He’s easy to catch & stands for bathing & grooming. The kids can pickup and clean his feet, and even load & unload Frito by themselves.
